RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION 

Despite all precautions, claims do arise. Our adjustment and return policy is truly very simple. We want to protect you and make you feel comfortable - and make certain you get what you pay for. We have established some requirements to make our policies and programs workable.

RETURN POLICY All of our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects.  Due to the delicate nature of many of our products, we cannot guarantee against breakage after the product is delivered. Electrical and mechanical products are subject to manufacturer's warranty. You must contact us by email to make arrangements for any returns or refunds.  Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights.  We will provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where.  All products returned, for other than shipping damages or product defects, must be returned within thirty (30) days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping*.  Items must be new, in original packaging and suitable for resale.

* No Return on Oils - We cannot tell if they've been altered.

CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

0. • Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped
   • Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
   •  Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Returns that do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged. If an order is returned as "customer refused", return shipping fees will be charged against refund amount. *All shipping fees are considered a used service and are non-refundable.

ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

CLAIMS & DAMAGES
If you have Claims/Damages, please inform us by email in the comments section, simply write "damaged" and the number of the item(s) damaged.  Example:  COMMENTS: "Damaged; 33248; 34221".  If a shipment or part of a shipment is missing, the same email should be used.  Claims for product(s) missing from an order may be subject to receiving replacement product(s) only.   PLEASE DO NOT CALL IN DAMAGES.  You may be required to take pictures of the damages, preferably digital to be sent by email, or if not available, paper photos forwarded to us at the address we will provide you via email.  UPON RECEIVING THE PICTURES, A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU WITHIN 24-48 HRS.  PLEASE ALLOW TIME TO PROCESS AND CHECK YOUR STATEMENT BEFORE CONTACTING US TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE CREDIT

*We reserve the right to update and make changes to our shipping and return policies at any time.

AVOID RETURN PACKAGES:
In the event a package is returned to our warehouse, due to refusal, not available after 3rd attempt or buyer providing the wrong address, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in addition to a 20% restocking fee. To help avoid returns, please make sure you have given us your correct address and phone number so you may be contacted if there is a problem delivering your package. Once you have beenprovided a tracking number, it is a good idea to keep track of your package until it reaches your door.
