DISCLAIMER:  We are not responsible for any product descriptions or pricing errors.  Therefore, if an item price on our website is lower then what our actual current price is, we will notify you by email of this discrepancy and refund your credit card promptly.  The item(s) in question will be updated on our site to reflect the correct price and it is up to you, if you wish, to reorder the item(s).  

DISCONTINUED OR OUT OF STOCK
If an item or items is/are not available, we can not backorder and will refund your funds for any "Discontinued" or  "Out of Stock" item[s].  If an item is "Out of Stock" and is expected to be in within 24 hrs, we will contact you via email or telephone and see if you desire to wait the 24 hrs or to proceed with a refund.  If you receive a refund, please read your email because we will let you know via email why you are receiving a refund.
